1. Review Calendar

2.Book Online

Booking an event has never been easier! Simply select the date of your event and the number of hours you are wanting to rent. The number of hours will include the actual “party” time. A one hour set up and 30 minute tear down is included in the rental rate. You will then be able to pay and review our Terms & Conditions online.


3.Set Up

Prior to your reservation, you will receive a code for the Milestone Market door. The code will allow you in and out of the venue for your reservation. The venue will be set up, clean and ready for your event uppon arrival. On the day of your event, you may come 1 hour priot to your party for set up.

Outside food, drinks (including alcohol), and entertainment is allowed, they may begin set up during your 1 hour set up time.

4.Tear Down

Please leave the space as you found it. After your event you are allowed a 30 minutes for clean up. Clean up includes all trash is in trash bin & tied up, the floor is swept free of debris, heat/ac is turned off, and all counters & tables are wiped clean. Linens may be put in the linen bag found in the restoom.

  • Cancelations are available until 14 days before your booking date.

    Rescheduling is available until seven days before your booking date.

    To cancel or reschedule, use the links provided in your booking confirmation email.

  • If you are interested in viewing the Milestone Market prior to your event, please view our Open House calendar. You can view our Open House schedule by selecting the “Milestone Market Open House” event in the scheduling tool. All upcoming open houses are listed. You can RSVP using the calendar or just stop by.

  • If your rental time extends past what you have paid for, we will charge the additional time using the card on file. The hourly rate of $75 will apply.

  • The Milestone Market includes:

    Wifi Network: The Milestone Market

    Password: Will be emailed to you prior to rental.

    You will have access to a speaker & TV available for presentations. HDMI port required to use TV, cord is included in rental.

    One bathroom is located in the venue as well as a mini fridge, coffee maker and hand sink. You will need to bring in ice & paper products.

  • Outside vendors are welcome! They are only allowed entrance to the venue when your rental time starts (and your 1 hour set up time).

    You are welcome to bring in your own food, beverages, alcohol and entertainment.

  • The venue will be locked upon arrival. Prior to your reservation, you will receive a code for the door. The code will allow you in and out of the venue for your reservation.

  • There are three security cameras in the venue for safety and accountability purposes. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns. The Milestone Market is locked upon arrival. You will receive a code for the door 10 hours before your booking.

  • Please take out what you bring in. The venue must be returned to the condition it was when you arrived. No confetti or glitter is allowed.

    Fees for organization & clean up include a $100 cleaning fee.

  • Please do not use the following when decorating: wires, staples, nails, non-removal tape, confetti, glitter, rice, fake petals or bird seed. Sky lanterns, sparklers and fireworks are strictly prohibited. We welcome the use of candles, but they must be on trays or mirrors and the flame must be contained. Votive candles are a good option except on flooring.

  • The Milestone Market is a smoke free facility. This includes vaping.

  • Our goal is to provide a beautiful venue all year round. The Milestone Market has potted plants on main entrance. Our landscaper does everything possible to keep them looking beautiful. However, due to circumstances beyond our control such as excessive heat, cold, storms or insect infestation, we cannot guarantee the landscaping will be as it was when you reserved your event.
