We get asked this a lot…

  • The Milestone Market has locations in Topeka, KS & Lenexa, KS and serves the NE Kansas region including Lawrence and Kansas City.

  • Yes! The Milestone Market will deliver and install for any orders over $200. Any arrangement less than $200 can be fully designed and created by our team and available for pick up at either of our Topeka or Lenexa locations.

  • If your order meets the $200 minimum, we would love to deliver and install your design! Delivery times are scheduled based on your event start time and venue availability.

  • We provide transparent pricing on our website! Please view our custom install or grab & go pages to view the pricing.

    Devliery /Installation Fee:

    We add delivery and installation fees on top of your order. The fee is based on distance of the event.

  • Grab & Go garlands are available for pick up in Topeka (Tuesday and Thursday) and Kansas City (Monday, Wednesday or Friday). (9-11AM or 3-5pm). We recommend picking up within 3 days of your event and keeping them out of the sun.

  • The Milestone Market uses only the highest quality balloons and materials, however, some may pop or deflate sooner than anticipated. We cannot guarantee your balloons will last once they have been delivered or picked up. Environmental factors, including weather, children, pets, different surfaces, hot or cluttered car conditions, and foliage can jeopardize the lifespan of our creations. We will replace anything we pop in transportation or during setup.

    That being said, indoor balloon garlands could last up to a month or more (no guarantees) if kept away from direct heat and sunlight.

  • The sooner you book the better! Our calendar books up quickly and sometimes we have to order in stock from suppliers. We recommend at least a month before if possible. Even if you don’t have your theme or final design fully developed, get on our schedule and we will help you walk through the planning process!

  • For Custom Installation Orders:

    If you need to reschedule your booking, you must do so at least one week prior to your event date and I would be happy to apply your deposit to a future booking. Cancellations less than one week from your event are no longer eligible to be rescheduled. Deposits are non-refundable.

    Grab & Go Orders:

    If you need to reschedule your booking, you must do so at least one week prior to your pickup date.

Installation Instructions

Step by step on how to hang your Grab & Go garland.

Step One: Locate (or create) Anchor Point

If you are placing your balloon garland on a banister, railing or backdrop, simple locate the areas where you will be securing the garland.

In your balloon garland kit, you will be supplied with a long stretchy balloon to loop around the anchor point and tie a knot.

If you don’t have an anchor point already available, you can use a command hook to create an attachment area on the wall. You will use the same long stretchy balloon to loop around the hook and tie a knot.

Step Two: Attach the garland

You will stretch the long balloon loop over a balloon in the garland and move the long balloon all the way down the garland balloon’s neck until it is securely connected.

Step Three: Adjust & Finish

Fluff the balloons up and reposition as needed until you achieve you like the best.

When you are finished with the garland, you can pop all of the balloons using scissors or you can remove the garland and rehang it in a different location.
