Product Terms.

Below are the terms for specific products and/or services housed under The Milestone Market, LLC. By purchasing these products and/or services, you are agreeing to these terms.

Executing Your Design

After our design collaboration there are inherent risks such as out of stock items, measurement discrepancies, and color/texture discrepancies. Please double check these items within the work before you order! The Milestone Market does our best to provide accurate measurements, research quality, and user reviews of all recommended items. The Milestone Market is not responsible for the purchases of items. We will be here to assist you as you bring your design to life! Don't hesitate to reach out if you have questions during the process.

Cancellations/Refunds.

There is a nonrefundable $50 fee if you’de like to cancel your eDesign service prior to the first meeting with The Milestone Market team. After designs have been delivered the full package price is nonrefundable. We will work together until you are 100% satisfied with your design.

Design Revisions

For all eDesign packages/services you will have (2) design revisions. A design revision includes as many product changes you’d like to make to the design up to (2) times. After these (2) revisions it will be $55/design change. We will over communicate to make sure we are executing your needs most accurately before we start a design change.

Re-sourcing

You will have 30 business days to resource out of stock items. No new services/products can be added to your design under these parameters. If you need to add a product to your design there is a $55 fee per item.

Communication

All communication will take place via email and the video chat platform Marco Polo. Business hours are M-F from 9am-4pm. To respect your time, our team’s time, and our roles within the family, we are offline outside of these days/hours.

Disclaimer, Warranty, and Indemnification.

The materials on the website are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
